**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the mutual fund business, focusing on growth, profitability, and compliance.

- Ensure strict adherence to AMFI regulations and other applicable laws governing the mutual fund industry.

- Design and develop innovative mutual fund products tailored to diverse client needs.

- Oversee portfolio management and ensure alignment with market conditions and risk management practices.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, distributors, financial advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring the business remains compliant and competitive in the market.

- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of professionals focused on mutual fund operations, compliance, and customer relations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in mutual fund management, with a focus on AMFI compliance and other regulatory frameworks.

- Deep knowledge of capital markets, mutual fund operations, and portfolio management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving business growth.

- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and ability to manage compliance efficiently.

- MBA in Finance, CFA, or relevant certifications preferred.

- AMFI Certification and other regulatory qualifications are mandatory.
