Here, you will take end-to-end ownership of Marketing-driven projects across the entire organization. Our ideal candidate should have experience with planning, execution and governance of strategic marketing programs and projects, and be comfortable managing both technical and creative talent.
What Youll Do
You will be responsible for helping shape and drive execution of the overall Marketing agenda at Zinnia, including:
- Advising CMO and rest of Marketing Leadership Team on strategic and tactical projects
- Hiring and managing locally-based talent across a range of marketing disciplines (graphic design, marketing operations, website design and development, marketing analytics), collaborating with teams around the world
- Managing headcount and other Marketing budgets for Marketing team in India
- Working with those teams as overall project manager to drive key Marketing programs, including:
- Managing updates to Zinnia.com (and related landing pages/microsites), to help build brand awareness and reputation-building
- Support the operations of the Marketing team - especially Growth Marketing - on campaign management, lead tracking, campaign analytics, spend deployment, and more
- Fulfilling creative execution needs, working closely with Creative Team
- Helping analyze marketing-specific performance, e.g. monitoring and analyzing SEO performance on Policygenius.com and other projects to be jointly prioritized
- Act as a liaison between Marketing leadership team, internal departments, and external stakeholders, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment
- Prioritizing and regularly tracking all major projects across divisions and keeping the CMO updated regarding the progress and bottlenecks.
- Assist in developing and finalizing presentations for senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, diversity, and professional development
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and growth.
What Youll Need
- 10-12+ years experience in business consulting and program management, with at least 5 years experience in Marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously.
- Hands on experience in change management, program management and business transformation.
- Experience in a Tech / Product company will be an added advantage.
- Domain experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into action plans.
- Result orientation with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
