One Impression is one of the World's largest influencer marketing platforms helping over 300+ global brands ranging from enterprises such as Unilever, Nestle, Amazon to startups such as Meesho, Nykaa, CoinSwitch. We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over
  • 5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

    We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world's de-facto influencer platform.

    We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. In parallel, we aim to establish a strong presence in other global markets such as the US, Indonesia, etc. We are also backed by some of the top investors in the country including Founders of Vedantu, LivSpace, People Group, MamaEarth, Wow Skin Sciences, OML, etc as well as celebrities such as KL Rahul, Zakir Khan, Masoom Minawala, to name a few.

    What you'll do:
    Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a killer content strategy that resonates with influencers and brands alike. Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content across our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and more.
    Brand Management: Be the guardian of our brand. Ensure consistency and creativity in all marketing materials, develop brand guidelines, and keep us ahead of industry trends with innovative brand strategies.
    Customer Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to build awareness, engage, and retain customers through impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives across the category.
    Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Inapp and other channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute exciting events, from virtual webinars to large-scale conferences, that bring our community together and showcase our platform's value.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including category management, sales, operations, and product, to align the various initiatives with business objectives and priorities. Collaborate with internal and external creative agencies to develop compelling brand assets and campaigns for all categories.
    Market Research and Analysis: Work with an agency to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer studies to gain insights into market dynamics and customer preferences. Have data-driven approaches to track brand performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented marketing team. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
    Analytics & Optimization: Use data to drive decisions. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, content, and events to continuously optimize and improve our strategies.
    What We're Looking For:
    Experience & Expertise: 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on content, branding, and events. Previous experience in the influencer marketing space is a huge plus!
    Creative Visionary: Someone who thinks outside the box and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
    Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while managing the details. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    Excellent Communicator: Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to craft compelling messages and engage our audience.
    Data-Driven: Proficient with marketing analytics tools. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
    Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in mentoring and developing a marketing team.
