The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Job Location: Bhiwandi (Kalyan), Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Less than 1 year experience can apply for 6 month trainee position)
Salary Package: 3 to 7 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our portfolio of trade shows and events, including INTIMASIA, Source NXT, Lingerie Fashion Week, The Lingerie Club, Change Masters, and Under Roof.
- Cultivate affiliate partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and trade media to enhance event visibility and attract relevant stakeholders.
- Execute paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and industry-specific platforms, to drive attendee registrations and exhibitor participation.
- Oversee the development of marketing collaterals and creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Create compelling content for promotional campaigns, email newsletters, press releases, and social media posts to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing software, WhatsApp, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to execute targeted campaigns and measure ROI.
- Manage event communication channels for updates, announcements, and promotions, including website content, blog posts, and press releases.
- Plan and execute PR activities to enhance brand visibility and media coverage for our trade shows and events, including press conferences, media interviews, and press releases.
- Coordinate BTL activities such as roadshows, activations, and on-ground promotions to drive awareness and participation in our trade shows.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate regular reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and creative, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the events or exhibition industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
