Job Description

We are on the lookout for a visionary and adept Marketing Head to spearhead marketing efforts for the client. As a key leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth ambitions. You will be instrumental in elevating our product's market presence and technical prowess within the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and execution:

Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs, and track performance against these metrics.

  • Marketing Campaigns and Channels:

Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and display networks.

Manage and enhance social media presence across key channels like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram and web3 social media channels

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to build thought leadership and brand authority.

Lead the efforts towards organic and performance marketing initiatives.

  • Product Positioning:

Develop compelling narratives and educational content explaining the benefits of restaking and liquid restaking.

Conduct a comparative analysis of company versus other platforms to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.

  • Brand Building:

Build and maintain a strong, recognizable brand within the industry space.

Organize and participate in community events, Twitter Spaces, and industry conferences

Design and execute marketing activities involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), forums, social media platforms, and physical events.

  • Co-marketing and partnerships:

Forge strategic partnerships with other industry players to enhance market presence and drive mutual growth

Lead co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and promotional activities to maximize exposure and impact

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and growth metrics to the leadership team.

  • Team leadership:

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business development to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
