About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead both our offline and online marketing efforts for our growing retail brand. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales across all channels. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both online (digital) and offline (traditional) marketing efforts to drive brand growth and market share.
- Brand Building: Establish and strengthen brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and creative direction across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing Management: Lead the development and execution of online marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy to drive traffic and engagement.
- Offline Marketing Initiatives: Oversee traditional marketing activities such as print ads, OOH (out-of-home) advertising, events, activations, and in-store promotions to enhance brand presence in key markets.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, working closely with product development, merchandising, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to both online and offline initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine and adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Develop partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in marketing is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in a Leadership marketing role, with a strong track record in both online and offline marketing.
- Retail and FMCG experience preferred
- Female candidate preferred

- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, analytics).
- Experience in traditional marketing strategies (print, OOH, retail marketing).
