Human Insight Ventures - Head of PR and Social Media - FT
We are looking for a skilled and competent marketing and PR professional who can effectively boost HIVE's media presence. They will play a key role in building HIVE's brand narrative and credibility. This role is a blend of offline and online marketing, and needs someone who can translate the vision and offerings of Human Insight Ventures across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing high-quality content which aligns with our brand values to boost HIVE's social media presence.
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media marketing strategy across relevant platforms, including but not limited to campaigns and target audience outreach
- Manage community and media engagements, including sending responses in a timely manner
- Handle PR and media outreaches and pitches to establish HIVE as a thought leader and trusted voice in the field of entrepreneurship.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across various platforms (print, broadcast, online).
- Pitch newsworthy stories and secure placements in high-profile media outlets.
- Manage press conferences, media briefings, and other media events.
- Eventually, building and managing a team of trained PR and social media executives and facilitating their upskilling.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in PR and/or Social Media management.
- Portfolio of diverse visual and textual content for PR and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of building and executing successful social media campaigns
- A strong base in social media analytical tools
