Manage end to end supply chain of LMU/TMU and should keep good interaction with region S&OP team, sales, move and finance team for smooth supply of goods.
Adequate knowledge of excise rules and regulation of source & exporting state and capable enough to handle LMU/TMU unit management team for day-to-day production & dispatch activities.
Capable enough to keep Company's unit teams moral always high by engaging and motivating.
Develops capability among the team.
Drives efficiency & manufacturing excellence and optimize productivity.
Coordinate operational audits like L1/GMP/FM/GRMS/Integrated Management system, finance audit GAR and statutory audit 23 STA/SMETA.
Responsible to implement sustainability factors for society 2030 at Unit and G7 agendas.
