Position: Head of Learning and Development/Training for luxury retail

Job Description:
- Develop a robust learning and development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify key areas for skill development and training needs analysis across various functions and levels within the organization.
- Design and deliver innovative and impactful training programs, workshops, and initiatives tailored to meet the specific needs of different employee groups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of learning interventions and initiatives.
- Create high-quality training materials, resources, and tools to support learning initiatives, leveraging both internal expertise and external resources as needed.
- Develop e-learning modules, videos, and other digital content to facilitate flexible and accessible learning opportunities for employees.
- Implement leadership development programs to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organization.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to managers and leaders to enhance their capabilities in driving performance and fostering a culture of learning and development.
