Essential Experience: 15 to 20 years, Should have worked in L&D role for 10-12 years handling multiple location, Should have managed large pool of capability development projects, Should have flair for executing Technical/behavioural training programs

Reporting to: Global Chief Human Resource Officer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a learning and development strategy that supports the company's business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify learning needs and create strategic learning initiatives.
2.Program Design and Implementation:
- Design and oversee the implementation of a variety of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and onboarding.
- Ensure that programs are aligned with industry best practices and are designed to meet the needs of different levels within the organization.
- Design the content for Technical Training and implement
3. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the L&D team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Talent Development:
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their career growth and succession planning.
- Implement tools and processes for performance management, coaching, and feedback.
4.Lead Technical Training Center:
- Exposure of Strategizing Technical Training academy which includes Skill Mapping, Skill Assessment, Technical Training Labs Setup, Technical Skill development programs across all levels, In-house content development, Internal Trainer development, Designing & Implementation of Upskilling & Skilling initiatives as per Business needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Design and develop technical training programs, courses, and curriculum.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Technical Training Academy.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of programs.
5.Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for learning initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.
6.Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with department heads and business leaders to understand their training needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts.
7.Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on L&D activities, outcomes, and metrics to senior management.
