Your Role
The Head Of IT Business Ops is responsible to manage the business strategic partnering, solutions delivery, BAU operations and innovation for IT systems across Supply Chain - Source to Pay(directs, indirect, tea buying) Planning, Manufacturing, Research and Innovation(R&I) ensure high performance, integrated & data-driven business operations to enable Lipton's journey towards being a Digital First organization.
Leading a team of business analysts, you will act as the interface between product and SI partners and the Business and ensure the solutions and associated development and support meets the needs of the Supply Chain and R&I functions.
The role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Business Ops IT roadmap, including upgrades, version releases and enhancements based on the business strategy and market trends. You will partner with product partners to influence their product roadmap wherever possible to drive optimal solution outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leading markets, process owners and other key Supply Chain business stakeholders & decision-makers.
- Develop, coach, and manage the performance of direct & indirect reports (key vendor partners), leading by example in all day-to-day activities.
- With the support of business analysts, lead the delivery, operations, and BAU support for the key applications like S4 Hana (MM, PP, PPDS), Ariba, Kinaxis, Siemens PLM ensuring it remains aligned to the current and future business needs.
- Develop and maintain the Business Ops IT strategy in alignment with the business strategy, product roadmap, market trends and ensure ongoing governance to minimize local applications.
- Ensure that the Business Ops development and application management services are delivered in accordance with all contractual SLAs and business expectations.
- Build good understanding of Business Ops function in Lipton and build partnership with prominent tech partners & industry experts.
- Expand knowledge of the tech & digital ecosystem and ensure continuous innovation/ experimentation in pursuit of delivering high business value & future-fit tech landscape.
- Connect with peers in other IT functions (Marketing, Customer Ops, Finance , I&A etc.) to ensure seamless integration, better data hygiene, usability & excellence.
- Maintain a view of future functionality and aligned technologies that would enhance, simplify, or delight our Supply Chain team
What are we looking for
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT applications/projects in international (multi-country) organizations (preferably CPG) or consultant/management experience in big IT consultancies/companies.
- Project Delivery Experience for implementation of big programs with external vendors.
- Good understanding of Customer & Sales function, processes, operations & complexities
- Subject matter expertise in sales & related business applications like retail execution, sales operations, distributor management system etc.
- Experience on S4 Hana MM, PP modules, Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, Purchase to Pay, Vendor invoice management, Kinaxis, Siemens PLM
- Team manager with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, motivated, entrepreneurial & result oriented.
