Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and enhances personalized discovery and customer journeys.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions that inspire customers to discover new products and personalized recommendations.
- Utilize data-driven insights and AI/ML technologies to enhance product discovery algorithms and recommendation engines.
- Enhance personalized customer journeys across all digital platforms and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration and consistency.
- Optimize customer segmentation strategies and personalization techniques to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive product innovation through continuous research, analysis of market trends, and customer insights.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Experience Design, Ecommerce, Marketing and various business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Champion a customer-centric approach in product development, advocating for the best possible user experience.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Define key metrics and analytics to measure product performance and effectiveness of personalized journeys.
- Continuously monitor user feedback and market dynamics to iterate and improve product features and capabilities.
Team Development and Management
- Build and lead a high-performing global product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to excel and grow in their roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product strategy, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment
Basic Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience. Including:
- 15+ years in product management, or similar/applicable technology practice area
- 8+ years of experience directly managing teams and providing work direction
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
- 5+ years of experience with large retailers leading commerce capabilities and experiences
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver innovative products that enhance personalized customer experiences and drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
