We are seeking an experienced Head-Human Resource with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.

- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.

- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.

- Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

- Design company policies and procedures. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.

- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.

- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions

- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations

- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems

- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)

- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements

Qualifications :

- Excellent Academic Record

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Analytical mind

- Should be from a TOP School such as IIT, BITS, /NIT if from Tech, or IIM, ISB, MDI and the likes.

- Highly organized.

- Superior interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Budget management experience.

- Strong people skills.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
