8. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
10. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies.
11. Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
12. Mentor and develop the HR team to build a high-performing and cohesive unit.

Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record in high-growth companies and managing organizations larger than 2000 people.
