• Productivity: Implement tools to enhance workflows and track KPIs.
• IT & Compliance: Ensure data security, HR tech efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Culture & Development: Foster a strong culture, drive training programs, and support DEI.
• Performance: Oversee appraisals and improve performance management.
• Analytics: Track HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
