Qualification Master's in Human Resources. Premier Institute preferred. Bachelor of Engineering will be added advantage.
Experience 15 to 20 Years
Role in brief
- Responsible for handling entire gamut of HR for Engineering Center.
- Design, develop and drive strategic HR interventions & implement innovative programs and solutions that support the business growth.
- Lead interventions in Building Culture of Customer Centricity and Innovative mindset.
- Driving Workforce Planning by Analyzing and provide guidance on the business unit's current organizational state and future requirements.
- Driving Talent Acquisition matrix to ensure that we meet our hiring targets through combination of Lateral hiring, Internal Job Posting & Fresher hiring. Drive Employer of Choice initiatives and programs.
- Driving C&B exercise for R&D employees and worked with external agency for salary benchmarking in collaboration with corporate team.
- Lead assessment of potential and development of talent pipeline. Succession Planning to develop talent pipeline through capability development.
- Driving Performance Management: Facilitation of Performance Appraisal Process annual merit increase compensation, and promotion.
- Driving Competency Matrix and Gap Analysis, LMS, Talent Development. Introduction to dual career path and innovation intervention
- Retain top talent by means of providing learning opportunities, creating conducive atmosphere for career growth and driving DEI programs.
- Drive culture change from Policy, People, Process & HR Automation.
- Driving Best place to work, employee engagement survey & action plan for organization with Leadership Team.
- Supervision on Welfare, Admin, CSR, indirect Purchasing activities.
- Factory Manager role under Factories Act. Knowledge of Employment laws applicable to Factory and Shop & Establishment.
- Mentoring & coaching team for achieving best results with accuracy, and SLA management.
