Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR at Sylcon Group. The Head of HR will be responsible for hiring the leadership team,

set industry- benchmarked hr policies and frameworks.

overseeing day-to-day HR tasks and operations, including HR management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Will be responsible for leading and replicating the brand's culture in stores and in office.

Lead trainind and development for the entire organisation, funtion wise.

The role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

have a strong affection and involvement towards the stores and the customers.

• Experience and expertise in retail Human Resources (HR) management
• experience in implementing/running hrms applications.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to develop and implement industry best practices, HR policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Experience in the retail industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
