- Liaise effectively with the other HR heads of group companies

- structure and employee deployment across functions
- To build organization talent wherein 5 year hence, the organization is equipped to
- hire within for all but entry level positions.
- Enhance the skillset of every employee on an on-going basis to make the

The Competencies required to effectively take on this role:
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resources Management theories and practices.
- Empathy and objectivity in decision making
- Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic outlook with respect to the HR function.
The Person should have:
- Formal qualifications in HR Management
- Overall work experience of at least 15 years with at least 5 years as the Head of HR in
- case of a medium-sized organization or as directly reporting to the Head of HR / CHRO in case of large organization.
- Exposure to IT based HR systems including performance management, learning management, recruitment management and employee engagement.
