Job Description

  • Opportunity to head Human Resources for a leading Lifesciences organization
  • Reporting to CEO and Board of Directors

Job Description

  • HR Policies & SOPs
    • Establish and periodically review the Group's HR policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Talent Management
    • Conduct Talent planning, Talent mapping, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Payroll Management
    • Oversee payroll processes, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Performance Management
    • Finalize KPIs and conduct performance reviews and evaluations.
    • Conduct compensation reviews.

  • Exit Management
    • Handle the exit process for departing employees.

  • Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other HR regulations.

  • Organizational Culture
    • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance throughout the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess the following criteria:

  • 10-15 years experience in HR function in a mid or large size organization
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR lead role

  • Preferred, but not a limitation:
    • Experience in companies with infrastructure or real estate assets
