The OSMOS platform allows Retailers to activate 10x more Brands through a white-labeled and self-serve platform, offering advanced targeting, analytics, and 2x better Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).


Role Introduction

As a Head of Growth & Operations, you will play a critical role in scaling our Series B stage startup to rapid growth. You will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations while driving key growth initiatives across departments. This is an executive leadership position with the opportunity to directly influence our success by implementing strategies that foster growth, operational efficiency, and customer excellence.

What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai

  1. Growth Strategy & Execution

    • Lead and execute growth strategies focused on expanding market share, enhancing customer acquisition, and driving new revenue channels.

    • Identify and implement go-to-market initiatives that align with our vision and growth objectives.

    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adapt growth plans and prioritize initiatives.

  2. Operational Management

    • Oversee core operations functions, including finance, HR, customer success, and business operations.

    • Create scalable, efficient processes that allow the company to grow seamlessly.

    • Ensure financial discipline through budgeting, cash flow management, and operational forecasting.

  3. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of company goals.

    • Ensure each department operates in sync with the company's overall strategic goals, setting and tracking KPIs and OKRs across functions.

  4. Customer Retention & Success

    • Develop and oversee strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

    • Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams to optimize customer retention, onboarding, and support.

  5. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management

    • Prepare reports and presentations for the board, investors, and other stakeholders.

    • Support the CEO in fundraising efforts and strategic partnership discussions by presenting a compelling growth narrative.

  6. Team Development & Culture Building

    • Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

    • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster growth, engagement, and continuous improvement.

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a growth-focused or operational leadership role, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS or Technology sector.

  • Proven experience scaling high-growth companies from Series A/B to advanced stages.

  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.

  • Proficient in growth metrics, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision
