Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop Comprehensive Growth Strategy:
- Formulate and execute a full-funnel growth strategy that drivescustomer acquisition,retention, andlifetime valueacross multiple channels.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with the executive team to align growth goals with broader business objectives.
2.Lead Paid Advertising (Google & Meta):
- Own all aspects of performance marketing, includingGoogle Ads,Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms, optimizing forROAS,CAC, and overall growth.
- Strategically manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and refine campaigns to maximize the efficiency of paid media efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and test new formats for better engagement.
3.Creative Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Lead the development of creative strategies that resonate with Fawwnity's target audience and reflect the brand's unique identity.
- Partner with content, design, and branding teams to produce data-driven ad creatives, ensuring consistency across campaigns while optimizing for conversion.
- Continuously test new creative concepts, messaging, and formats to maintain relevance and engagement in a competitive market.
4.SEO & Organic Growth:
- Own and executeSEO strategiesto drive long-term organic growth, focusing on technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, search-optimized content that educates and engages users while aligning with key growth goals.
- Track and improve organic rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
5.Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and manageinfluencer marketingcampaigns that align with Fawwnity's brand values, leveraging partnerships with relevant influencers and affiliate programs to expand reach.
- Identify and establish strategic brand collaborations and partnerships to enhance customer acquisition and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and influencer campaigns, tracking metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
6.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- LeadCRO effortsto improve on-site performance, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates across key touchpoints, such as the website and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on product pages, checkout flows, and user interfaces to identify opportunities for improving conversion metrics.
- Implement iterative changes based on data insights to refine the user journey and optimize for both first-time and repeat purchases.
7.Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensiveemail marketing,SMS, andpush notificationstrategies aimed at improving customer retention and maximizing lifetime value.
- Use customer data to segment audiences, delivering personalized and timely campaigns to boost engagement and reduce churn.
- Design loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and retention campaigns that keep customers coming back.
8.Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all growth channels, using data insights to refine strategies and drive performance improvements.
- Provide detailed growth reports and analysis to the executive team, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Utilize tools likeGoogle Analytics,Facebook Ads Manager, andSEO platforms(SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to optimize campaigns and measure success.
9.Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, and growth strategists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to growth.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for specialized services, ensuring alignment with Fawwnity's growth objectives.
