Minimum 10 years of experience heading an Organization With Preference from the Education Sector or NGOs.* Detailed Job Description :-
A. Strategic Leadership:
-Provide visionary leadership to advance the Foundation's mission, goals, and impact
across India.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's objectives
and priorities.
- Identify emerging opportunities, challenges, and trends in the philanthropic and
development sectors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
-Position the Foundation as a leader in family philanthropy and engage next-generation
B. Program Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs within the
education, art, culture, heritage, and community development verticals.
-Ensure programs are mission-driven, sustainable, and effectively address the needs of
target stakeholders and communities.
- Foster innovation and excellence in program design and delivery, promoting best practices
and continuous improvement.
C. Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, foundations,
NGOs, corporate entities, academia, and other stakeholders to maximize impact and
reach.
-Collaborate with grassroots organizations and local communities to co-create and
implement initiatives that leverage their strengths and assets.
-Represent the Foundation in relevant forums, conferences, and events to enhance
visibility, networking, and collaboration opportunities.
D. Financial and Resource Management:
- Oversee budget planning, financial management, and resource mobilization efforts to
ensure the effective utilization of funds and resources.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and donor stewardship activities to secure
funding for existing and new programs.
- Maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements.
E. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a diverse and high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration,
innovation, and accountability.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff,
empowering them to achieve their full potential.
-Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring
respect for all team members.
