What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Financial Operations: Oversee Accounting, Controllership, Compliance, and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, providing insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Strategic Financial Partner: Collaborate with senior management to assess business initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and return amplification.
- Enhance Financial Reporting: Optimize financial reporting processes for clarity, accuracy, and compliance for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify financial risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive Financial Efficiency: Streamline financial processes to enhance control, operational efficiency, and overall financial health of the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in execution.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You
- Have either of Master's in Finance, an MBA in Finance or are a CA
- Have 8 - 10 years of experience, in a financial role with 3+ years in a business finance capacity
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all things finance, including financial strategy, compliance, reporting, accounting and controllership
- Have experience in building and running a finance team
- Have exemplary analytical and decision making skills, complemented with a high agency and entrepreneurial attitude
- Also have experience in a staffing company and with grievance redressal (add on)
