Head of Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

The Head of Finance is responsible for:

Forecasting financial results.

Overseeing the budgets and flag variances to management.

Conducting risk management and analysis.

Evaluating and initiating vendor and customer agreements.

Allocating resources and managing finances.

Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board and the Management.

Recommending cost reduction strategies.

Ensure all Statutory compliances are met

Overseeing work performed by the Asst Manager-Finance

Oversee the functions of BPO Accounts and Reconciliation Team.

Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures

Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success, advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting ERP software.
