We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Field Marketing to lead our field marketing initiatives in India, Middle East, and Asia, and drive significant growth. This is a people management role, reporting to the VP - Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Generation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and fuel pipeline growth across India, Middle East, and Asia.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including events, webinars, content marketing, and digital advertising, to attract and engage potential customers.
- Full Funnel Marketing:
- Oversee the entire customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and post-sales engagement, across the designated regions.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads at each stage of the funnel.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Integrated Marketing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, inside sales, product marketing, brand and operations to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across the regions.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels to maximize impact.
- Analytics and Data Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement across India, Middle East, and Asia.
- Develop comprehensive reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to form future marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, product marketing, and executive teams across the regions.
- Effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Events:
- Plan and execute high-impact events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows, across India, Middle East, and Asia.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and staffing to ensure successful execution.
- Measure event ROI and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- People Management:
- Recruit, hire, and manage a team of 3-4 regional field managers/campaign managers across India, Middle East, and Asia.
- Set clear performance goals and expectations for the team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven track record in field marketing, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the HR technology industry and its target audience in India, Middle East, and Asia.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience in global marketing initiatives, specifically in India, Middle East, and Asia.
