Your new role
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic country leader to head up our Enterprise Solutions business in India. Reporting to the MD APAC, Enterprise Solutions, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, commercial success and development of the Enterprise Solutions business in India.
Our Enterprise Solutions business in India is a key part of our global strategy and identified as a future growth region for Hays. In this role you will expand our market share and develop a robust customer base and pipeline, while creating significant strategic value to the broader Hays business. Your leadership will be pivotal in building strong relationships with our existing and future customers in the country.
Develop and deliver on our strategy:
Work with your leadership team define the business and selling strategy, planning & budgeting process and commercial framework
Ensure regular reviews of the business units project plans taking appropriate action to ensure we succeed all targets.
Ensure the sales pipelines are full of credible opportunities to exceed planned requirements.
Ensure the business unit exceeds required compliance and governance standards
Represent Hays at key external forums to foster and develop key client and legislator relationships so that current and future customer requirements can be anticipated and met leading to new business opportunities.
Manage and develop your teams:
Lead and shape a high-performance culture aligned with the Hays values and initiatives
Work with your leadership team to develop capability and succession i that supports the growth ambitions of the business
Support with the development and strategic approach to attracting and recruiting talent effectively, including the creation of internal talent mapping and succession planning
Manage individual and team performance effectively by clearly communicating expectations, regularly monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives, conducting performance appraisals and rewarding and recognising employees
Knowledge and skills
Strategic leadership and client development skills
Strong commercial background preferably in client solutions/corporate accounts environment.
Expert understanding of legal provisions affecting managed service contracts and outsourcing.
Proven experience and key involvement in winning and retaining new strategic clients.
Understanding of successful account management process and requirements.
Influencing and negotiation skills, ability to work collaboratively.
Able to exercise judgement in business scenarios, and anticipate situations of potential value, with the drive to act decisively on future opportunities and overcome roadblocks
To be eligible for this role you will have proven current knowledge of the India staffing industry.
