We are looking for a qualified candidate for our client - Vidpro Consultancy Services.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities
- Playing a crucial role in the decision-making process regarding enterprise architecture and component-level software design to ensure the timely build and delivery of our software platforms.
- Leading a team in the development of a high-performing and scalable SaaS product.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to uphold code quality and adhere to best practices.
- Spearheading the development of DevOps practices to promote automation, including asset creation, defining enterprise strategy, and training teams.
- Developing and constructing microservices utilizing cloud services.
- Focusing on application security aspects.
- Driving innovation within the engineering team, translating product roadmaps into clear development priorities, architectures, and timely release plans to drive business growth.
- Cultivating a culture of innovation that fosters the continued growth of individuals and the company.
- Collaborating closely with Product and Business teams to craft successful solutions.
- Overseeing talent management, including hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class team.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Degree in Engineering or a related field and has a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 10 years of experience in leading teams and a minimum of 4 years of experience in building a SaaS / Fintech platform.
- Proficient in MERN / Java / Full Stack.
- Led a team in optimizing the performance and scalability of a product.
- Possesses extensive experience in DevOps environment and CI/CD practices and is capable of training teams.
- A hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a dedication to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
