Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute engineering strategies, processes, and policies to improve productivity and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive roadmap for infrastructure, tools, and team expansion to support scalable growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to translate business objectives into actionable engineering plans.
- People Management
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations, and ensure continuous skill development.

Technical Leadership
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable backend systems using Node.js.

Requirements
Must-Have:
Experience-8+ years in product development, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in backend development with Node.js.
- Strong understanding of mobile development, particularly Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
- Expertise in React.js for creating scalable and responsive web applications.
- Experience with architecture patterns, scalability, and best practices for full-stack development.
