Role Description

The Head of Customer Training and After Sales is a pivotal leadership role within our drone and robotics company's Military Division. This position is responsible for ensuring our military customers receive comprehensive training, exceptional post-sales support, and unparalleled service for our cutting-edge drone and robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to optimize customer training and after-sales service for the Defence sector, aligning with the company's mission and objectives.
  2. Customer Training Programs: Create and manage training programs tailored to meet the requirements of our clients from Defence sector, covering the operation, maintenance, and advanced functionalities of our products.
  3. Technical Support: Oversee and manage a dedicated technical support team deployed pan India and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client's issues and inquiries.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in drone and robotics technology to provide expert guidance and support to target audience.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures for product assembly, testing, and delivery to ensure the highest standards are met for military-grade equipment.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products and services we provide, adhere to Government regulations formulated specifically for Defence Sector and meet the security protocols and export compliance requirements.
  7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  8. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with Indian Armed Forces to understand their unique needs and foster strong, long-lasting relationships.
  9. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive training manuals, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides for Defence Agencies.
  10. Reporting: Generate regular reports on training effectiveness, buyer satisfaction, and after-sales performance, presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Defense / Armed Forces
  • Strong experience in Training Management, Training, and Organization Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the Drone & Robotics industry is preferred
