Job Title: Copy Head
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Develop and execute content strategies that align with clients brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our content offerings.
Write and edit high-quality copy for various channels and formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, emails, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and messaging preferences, and translate these insights into compelling copy solutions.
Present and articulate copy concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Work closely with project managers and account executives to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in copywriting.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different industries and formats.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
