Head of Collections

Deliver the assigned Financial Targets - Delinquency / RoR / GCL / NCL

Manage daily/weekly/monthly collection operations with optimum productivity and performance.

Maintain cost of collections/cost per account within the given budget

Building/Reviewing and execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio.

Review with RCM on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Capacity Planning - Internal as well as external

Monitor the high POS accounts at the location level and also review Trail upload and Trail Gap

Create, build, train, and manage the front-line collections team, spread across pan-India locations.

Build class-leading collections capability - FTEs / Vendors / Processes / Technology / Tracing Tools / Legal, etc.

Ensure strict adherence to processes and control measures.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Successful completion of internal/external audits.

Ensure Customer centricity - ensure adherence to COC, conduct RCA of collection-related complaints, and work continuously to minimize them.
