About the Company: We are an industry leading 31-year-old family-owned company headquartered in Punjab, that is in the business of manufacturing rubber hoses and metal auto-retractable hose reels. We are the largest manufacturing exporter of general purpose hoses and reels from India, selling in over 22 countries from Americas region, APAC region and multiple countries in the EMEA region. We are set to be a $100 Million company by 2026. The company has been growing multifolds and expanding its footprint across various countries. The team has been growing too with great professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.) and top institutions (like IIM, XLRI).

About the roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the distribution centre's operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
• Work on various Forecast Vs Sales reports for better decision making.
• Work along with warehouses to reduce the delivery time.
• Work towards customer satisfaction through timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure order fulfilment is on-time as per agreed norms with Customers.
• Ensure no fines are imposed by Customers for late deliveries.
• Regular coordination with US Sales team.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in all operations.
• Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the performance of the distribution centre.
• Monitor operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams, including customer service, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Eng. + MBA in Marketing

20+ years of professional work experience in handling large business support operations preferably for US markets.

Dominant, Strategic, Go-getter, Analytic, Good with numbers and sound on using digital platforms.
