The Head of Business will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, expanding its market presence, and fostering innovation for our Digital Transaction Management (DTM) AI-powered eSignature Solution Certinal (https://certinal.com/).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership eSignature Solution.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, optimizing processes, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's reach and market share.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring responsible fiscal management.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse and talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, positioning Verdantis as a thought leader in the eSignature field.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, research, and development to drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions and services.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to the highest ethical standards within the organization.
Experience & Qualifications Required
- 20 + years Experience in driving and growing a Business.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful executive leadership, preferably in the technology sector.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and drive company growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
