We are looking out for Head of Business Development for national role.

We have a state-of-the-art post-production studio in Mumbai - Santacruz equipped with high-end machines for Flame, Resolve, CG, Roto, Animations, VFX, Scripting, Offline Editing, and all other post-production services. Our team consists of well-known editors and technicians who are committed to supporting your creative requirements.

What do we do

We provide end to end services like TV commercials, Post Productions works, Subtitles, Scripting, Celebrity Management, research Animatics, Narramatics, Consumer Offer TAG Ons, 3D Modeling & Animations, Illustration Videos, Infographic Videos, AVs, Still Shoots. VO dubbing in national and international languages, Rotoscopy, Colour Grading, GFX, VFX and many more. Flame, Resolve for CG, Animations, Editing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for business planning, sales, account management, and overall business development. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively strategize and execute business development plans.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have good connect with all Creative Agencies, Production Houses & Clients who are advertising in Bangladesh.
• Ideal candidate who have worked in Media or Creative Agencies in Senior level, Production houses.
• Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Sales and Account Management
• Business Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in the post-production or media industry is must.
• Experience in TV production & good connect in OTT will be added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
