Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Brand Partnerships & Alliances at CIFDAQ in Mumbai. As the Head of Brand Partnerships and Alliances, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key partners to enhance the visibility, credibility, and growth of our brand. This role will involve working closely with senior leadership to identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact partnerships across various sectors. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating win-win alliances and driving brand innovation through external collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive brand partnership and alliance strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market positioning in the cryptocurrency space.
- Partnership Building: Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential partners across industries including finance, technology, lifestyle, and blockchain to forge mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Develop and oversee co-branded marketing initiatives, cross-promotions, and joint ventures that expand our brand's reach and enhance its reputation in the crypto ecosystem.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities, staying ahead in the competitive landscape of blockchain.
- Revenue Generation: Explore revenue-driving collaborations that increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through partnership deals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, attending industry events and engaging with influential figures to build networks and promote our company's mission and products.
- Performance Metrics: Track and measure the success of partnerships using KPIs, ensuring each collaboration delivers clear value to the brand and business growth.
Qualifications
- Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing skills
- Marketing and Public Relations experience
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and alliances that drive measurable brand growth and revenue.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
