As a Head of AI and co-founder, you will be critical in driving our company's growth and success. Your leadership and strategic vision will help us navigate the rapidly changing technology landscape, while your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation will guide us toward new opportunities.
Note: No salary until we raise the first round. Equity between 6% - 10% (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement our company's strategic vision
- Led the AI/ML engineers team to implement the best strategies for developing AI features.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Led a team of elite AI professionals in developing and deploying complex systems using cutting-edge tools like GPT, BERT, and advanced neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with global tech leaders to leverage AI in enhancing core products and creating disruptive solutions in new markets.
- Oversee the AI/ML team of Slideoo and make sure we are building a great product with amazing features
Your Experience:
- Ideally, you have 7 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years working as a Head of AI or a senior data scientist in an NLP /comparable position.
- Proven technical background with a strong understanding of architecture complimented with experience in managing an AI/ML team
- Strong coding skills in a variety of languages, including Frontend and Backend. (JavaScript, React.Js, Python Node.js)
- Having strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP and MongoDB
- Strong knowledge of AI Generative Space and language models such as Claude, GPT-3, 3.5 and 4 etc.
- Strong knowledge of AI Generative Space, and large language models like LLama, Mistral, Cohere etc.
- Strong knowledge of AI Design Space such as Stable Diffusion, DALL-E 2, 3 etc.
- Experience hiring, retaining and developing a scaled AI team. You are an excellent motivator and can also have tough conversations when needed.
- Have good connections with C-level executives from the AI Generative space
- Experience with product launches.
- Strong in data strategy extracting/analyzing insights from multiple data sources
