We are looking for an experienced and visionary
Head of AI to lead our AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and developing advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on
Machine Learning and
Computer Vision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and implementing AI models and a proven track record of leading technical teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AI team to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and computer vision solutions.
- Drive AI strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Develop scalable AI architectures, optimizing for performance and accuracy across diverse applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, particularly in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with demonstrated expertise in Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
- Experience developing computer vision applications such as image classification, object detection, and segmentation.
- In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in AI or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
