The Head of Admission Marketing and Outreach will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrollment. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring the admissions marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives of establishing partnerships, and enhancing the visibility and reputation of the institution to attract students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, data analytics, and experience in leading an admissions team.
Job Description:
Admissions :-
- Evolve, Manage and Continually Improve the admission experience in line with the Vision / Mission of the school from initial enquiry and follow up to conversion
- Maintain admissions policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Coordinate admissions events, open houses, and campus tours to showcase the school's offerings and facilities.
- Collaborate & Coordinate with Administration to ensure seamless integration of records and students
Marketing :-
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital and offline marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility, attract prospective students, and drive admissions.
- Identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
Branding :-
- Cultivate and promote the school's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain branding/marketing collaterals, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
- External communications & Public Relations
- Manage all external communications
- Outreach program that will bring meaningful tie ups for the school
- Event planning to ensure a strong market presence
Outreach
- Design and oversee outreach programs to engage prospective students, parents, community organizations, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives to improve the organizations visibility
- Create significant tie ups with organizations that are in sync with the schools mission and visionand will benefit the school community.
Parent Interface
- Ensure an enriching experience in the school campus for the parent community, both prospective and current.
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective parents, addressing their questions and concerns and promoting a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Minimum Qualification:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in admissions in an educational organization or similar.
- Experience specifically in IB or Cambridge schools will be an advantage.
- Flawless communication in English
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
