Head of Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Accounts at our corporate headquarters in Kolkata. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering financial efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to facilitate accurate financial reporting.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for optimization and growth.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations through meticulous internal audits.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with outstanding academic credentials.

- Minimum 3- 5 years of progressive experience in managerial accounting, preferably within the retail sector.

- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
