• Stable employment history with prior experience leading finance teams in companies of similar scale and industry.

• Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and timely audit completion.
• Taxation Compliance: Oversee compliance with direct and indirect taxes, including GST and income tax, ensuring accuracy in filings and adherence to deadlines.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting initiatives and provide financial projections to guide executive decision-making.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
