Key Responsibilities:
This role is of an Individual Contributor role reporting to National Sales Head. Here you will be accountable to creating and execute a GTM for Demat Account Sourcing (beyond organic & inorganic channel), gathering insights, data, perspective about various Fintech and Digital players. Your job will be to work very closely with the Growth core management to help them devise various acquisition and activation strategy for new channel business units.
- Create GTM and delivery MoM sales number through new channel
- Quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights to ensure proper COA
- Drive new initiatives to improve MoM sales number through new channel
- Influencing new opportunities for business based on new channels data and outcome
- Driving the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems
- Identify new opportunity for strategic alliance to improve quality sales target
Qualifications
- MBA from a Premium B-School
- Prior experience in new channel (beyond organic and performance marketing) and strategic alliance
- Data Analytics & Representation
- Good understanding of Business Environment and Marketing
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
