Head Mill and Beneficiation

Job Title: Product Management Group: Expert level Knowledge of mill process and Beneficiation process.

Qualification: BE - Mining Engineer preferred from ISM Dhanbad

Experience: mining background. Rep. for application engineering, product management.

Reporting to: ED

He will function to guide as a Link between Engineering, factory and ED.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for product line- both Mill and Beneficiation

Product Development and R&D Collaboration:

• Provide critical inputs to R&D for new product development.
• Analyze market trends and identify their implications for future product innovations.

Technical Support for Sales and Business Development:

• Conduct regular visits to key target customers to strengthen relationships.

• Troubleshoot product performance issues effectively.
• Showcase newly developed technical capabilities and product offerings.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to conceptualize and deliver tailored solutions.

Portfolio Pricing and Profitability Management:

• Manage pricing across the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
• Oversee overall portfolio profitability, including marginal pricing strategies.

Cost-Profit Analysis:

• Perform detailed cost-profit analyses on all executed projects to ensure financial sustainability.

Proposal and Offer Preparation:

• Prepare comprehensive offers and proposals for inquiries, covering both budgetary and final submissions.
