Job Description :

Efficient handling of cases - Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Arbitration, Vigilance, Conciliation etc

To ensure all legal documents/notices are drafted and vetted before finalization

Ensure the legal notices are dispatched on time

Maintain and publish MIS on all legal matters

Recovery from a write-off, NPA, Delinquent accounts (PL)

Create a robust legal process in respect of serving notices for delinquent accounts

Ensure monthly legal expenses data on delinquent accounts are submitted to Operations Department

On-time vendor management and empanelment (advocates and associates) including vendor payments

Ensure timely vendor payments without any delays
