Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust L&D strategy that addresses the current and future learning needs of the organization, focusing on enhancing employee skills and competencies in financial services.
  • Program Design:Create, develop, and oversee a range of training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, technical skills enhancement, and soft skills training.
  • Implementation: Execute L&D initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth delivery and high engagement levels across all levels of the organization.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement within the workforce.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and demonstrate the impact on business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Learning & Development should have:

  • 10-15 years of overall experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Open to pan India as a location, WFO/WFH
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with financial services consultancy industry.
