Head Interior Designer _
(FURNITURE COMPANY MALE CANDIDATE ONLY)_
- Office Layout Design: Spearhead the design of office layouts including workstations, storage solutions, chairs, etc., ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to client requirements.
- Cost Assessment and Quotations: Assess project costs accurately and prepare detailed quotations for client projects.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients for design conceptualization, presentations, and obtaining approvals, maintaining excellent communication and understanding of client needs.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage installers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality work standards.
- Team Supervision: Proven experience in supervising design teams and effectively coordinating with installers for project execution.
- Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D, 3D, and isometric design, complemented by expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
- Quotation Preparation: Demonstrated ability in preparing accurate project quotations and costing of furniture.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a modular office furniture company is highly desirable.
Negotiable, based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidates.
