Position Overview:

As the Design/Studio Head, you will lead our design team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution. Your expertise in interior design or architecture will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers and architects, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client interface, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with operations and execution teams to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
• Design Excellence: Uphold our reputation for outstanding design, guiding the team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication within the team, with clients, and across departments for efficient project management.
• Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in Interior Design with relevant qualifications.

Pay: 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year
