About the Job:
As a Head Influencer Marketing Manager, you will support the operations team in delivering exceptional influencer proposals to prospective clients. You will assist in sourcing top influencers across various industries and channels, creating influencer proposals, and finding the best and emerging talents. You will work closely with the strategy team to develop long lists of ideal influencers for client pitches and participate in campaign execution upon signing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Extensive travel to build and maintain relationships with influencers, attend industry events, and stay updated on market trends.
Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms.
Constant outreach to new influencers via calls, DMs, emails, or agencies to fulfill brand requirements.
Curate influencer data based on niche, demography, gender, and various social verticals.
Serve as the primary contact for new partnerships and projects with influencers.
Participate as the influencer expert in project/campaign brainstorming sessions.
Strategically match brands with influencers based on client briefs.
Expand our influencer database and nurture existing network relationships.
Develop influencer proposals for clients.
Assist in executing signed campaigns.
Deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of work experience in an influencer marketing agency.
Open for Extensive travel.
Excellent presentation skills is must.
Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
Should have Existing network of national influencers.
Demonstrates proactive behavior in fulfilling responsibilities.
Passion and experience in influencer marketing or social media.
Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks.
Strong personality capable of working autonomously and within a team.
Excellent research skills with a talent for thinking outside the box.
Structured working style with competencies in planning and organization.
Social media literate with an understanding of current trends.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of technology and its application in influencer marketing.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for influencer marketing, a robust network, and the ability to travel extensively to build and maintain relationships.
