Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for employees
Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with legal regulations
Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure adherence to quality
standards.
Setting up KRAs and KPIs for departments and team members
Handle payroll administration activities
Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and talent development strategies.
Stay abreast of labor laws and industry regulations to ensure company compliance.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Lead diversity and inclusion programs, promoting a culture of equality within the organization.
Provide advice on employee discipline and grievances.

5 to 8 years in Jewelry Manufacturing Industry
