Role: National and International - Franchise Sales and Activation

Designation: GM / AVP / VP

Location: South Delhi

Role Description: This is a senior role (reporting to the Sales Head / CEO) responsible for driving national and international franchisee Sales and activation.

You must have a proven experience in driving franchisee / channel partners business for a B2B / B2C brands in India.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing for new potential franchisees in India and abroad.
  • Focus on the sales and marketing of franchises to prospective buyers
  • Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.
  • Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.
  • Understanding and responding to potential franchisees.
  • Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.
  • Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
  • Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise
