Job Overview
We are hiring a Head of Finance & Accounts to oversee all financial aspects of our client based at Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in finance and accounting. The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to support the company's strategic goals
- Manage the accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare regular financial reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance & Accounts or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Inter CA, ICWA or CMA certification is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
